At FLEURSHINE, your satisfaction matters — but due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review our return policy before placing your order.

1. Return Window

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.

2. Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, all eyelash products are classified as personal-use items and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable — regardless of packaging condition or usage status.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened or unopened lash sets
  • Used or lightly tested items
  • Sale items and promotional gifts

3. Return Process

As returns are not accepted, no additional steps are required. If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a missing piece, please contact us at fleurshine313@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to assist.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

We do not issue refunds for any reason other than confirmed package loss (see below).

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not supported at this time. If you wish to try a different product, please place a new order.

6. Lost or Damaged Package

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows no delivery and the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we offer one-time free reshipment.
  • Damaged packages: We do not offer replacements or refunds for products damaged in transit.
  • Incorrect shipping info: If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will need to place a new order. We reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from any refund request, if applicable.
