Order Processing Time
We process and ship all orders within 3 business days after your order is placed.
Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch during public holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's journey.
Delivery Area
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Please note: We do not deliver to remote areas, including but not limited to Adelaide, Albury, and parts of Sydney.
Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on orders over AUD $50.
For orders below that amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
